GM20-2003 provides methodologies calculation information and examples for MS4 Permittees to use in the development of their Chesapeake Bay TMDL Action Plans. The major changes in this document include: baseline calculations for activities conducted on unregulated lands have been updated, street sweeping methodology has changed, Septic field disconnects, outfall and gully stabilization, and urban tree canopy expansion have been added as activities that permittees can utilize, and various pollutant reduction efficiencies have been updated to correspond with the phase six Chesapeake Bay Model update.
