Description of Proposed Guidance Document Changes
This policy provides Medical Review Services on the evaluation of drivers who have had a crash that involves pressing the gas pedal instead of the brake. Research into this type of crash points to physical or cognitive decline of a driver as a common underlying contributing factor.
