I strongly support the accountability of shelters when they take an animal in, no matter where the animal comes from! The shelters have to be able to show they have followed all rules and regulations as set forth by the state as to how the animals are handled, not only to protect the animals but also to protect themselves! Also, every animal that comes into a shelter, if it is healthy enough, deserves the chance to have a shot at finding a home!
