While not perfect, I support this petition as a taxpayer in VA in hopes that this will help foster the no kill movement,responsible pet ownership, breeding,selling and ethical treatment of animals. While it may be medically necessary to euthanize some animals, it should be documented,supported and decision made ethically and responsibly.
