This proposal has helped multiple cities and communities come together to save more of their beloved companion animals while reducing pet overpopulation through spaying and neutering. It would be an injustice to the animals who love and trust us unconditionally to CHOOSE less protection for their welfare and their lives. Why not make this positive change?
