Shelters already keep more than sufficient records. This petition is just yet another way for the "no kill advocacy center" (which does absolutely nothing to help animals and spends all of its time vilifying animal shelters) to try to control shelters. Shelters are already overburdened with the task of caring for millions of unwanted animals. That should be their primary concern, not duplicate and unneccesary record keeping. NKAC does nothing to help animals and needs to leave shelters alone.
