Every dog and cat deserves a home.  I support sterilize and release for feral cats.  Dogs were created by man to be our best friends and help us.  We have a responsibility to take care of them.  There are no bad dogs only bad humans.  Dogs give us unconditional love, that's why we named them after God, only backwards.  Please vote to make Virginia a No Kill state!
