Please support and pass this petition. We, as humans, are responsible for the plight of these animals, we breed them, did not spade or neuter them, have abandoned them, abused them. Please help those of us that care treat them with a chance for a long, happy, loving life. If we humans are truely the greater more itelligent species then we need to prove it by protecting the ones that can not protect themselves.
