Many previous commenters have complained of the burdensome restrictions imposed by TRAP, and the need for repeal based on the unfair targeting of women's health clinics specifically. A number of those commenters cited the lack of such restrictions on other outpatient facilities such as oral, orthopedic and vision centers. No medical degree is needed to recognize that the likelihood of complications resulting from pregnancy termination is significantly higher than that of a root canal.

 

There should be no conflict of interest on the part of those dedicated to cause of women's health-- keep the regulations in place and protect women.
