Virginia's new Abortion Facility Regulations are a measured and reasonable attempt to recognize that unchecke abortion facilities present a reckless hazzard for unsuspecting women who enter those places.  Abortion is always a dangerous and deadly proceedure that takes the life of an unborn baby. Hopwever, the pages of code violations presented at numerous hearings over the last two years indicate that abortion facilities are willing to put the mother at grave risk as well. Unscrupulous abortionists want the freedom to practice their trade unchecked and unregulated.  The women of Virginia deserve to know that the Board of Health put their concerns above those in the abortion business. Please vote to uphold these sensible regulations.
