Please keep the laws which Governor Mc Donnell put in place concerning the requirement of an ultrasound before an abortion. So many live have been saved due to this measure. Life should be treasured and protected. Not taken away in a seedy examining room with unsterile equipment. Once upon a time we strove to protect the innocent and helpless now we cut their lives short in utero. The media says there is a war on women but what about the unborn women who are murdered every day by abortion. The baby didnt ask to be conceived of a one night tryst, or complicated relationship, or first time encounter, etc. But God said let there be life and there was, irregardless of the manner it was conceived the baby needs love and if not from its birth parents at least a chance to live happily with adoptive parents. Death is not the answer. Let me end with this anecdote: A criminal commits a crime, he is put on trial and determined guilty, it would be cruel and unusual punishment to cut off his limbs one by one and then sever his head from the rest of the body.
