With the Commonwealth divided as it is and Governor McAuliffe still seeking Republican support for his Medicaid expansion proposal, now is not the time for him to be proposing a revisiting of the just recently enacted abortion clinic regulations. It will be needlessly divisive and poison any realistic chance the Governor has of striking a bipartisan deal on Medicaid or anything of substance in the near future. James McGuire
