Dear Virginia Board of Health, stick to your singular mandate of protecting women's health.  You have NO RIGHT to regulate their lives!!  What you are proposing to do takes away their rights as free citizens of this nation.  That makes you a Board of Controls which you have no authority, mandate or responsibility for.
