These restrictions are a transparent attempt to restrict pregnant individuals from exercising their basic human right to choose what happens to their bodies.  In most cases, abortion is a safe procedure and should not be subject to unreasonable over-regulation.  Leave the medical decisions to individuals and their doctors, and don't make other people's personal choices any more stressful, complicated, time-consuming or expensive.
