Please consider maintaining high standards of Health for womens services in the state of Virginia. It is imperative that the longterm health of women be taken into consideration and not the short term ideas that a few groups want. Safety and sanitation are key issues that you are charged with maintaining. Implementing rules for an abortion facility is no different than a restaurant, a meat processing facility or a hospital. Sanitation is a priority, not a talking point. along with sanitation requirements, proper access for emergency services needs to be a requirement. I believe that these requirements will in no way hinder the desires of a woman, and will only serve to benefit her. thanks CC Vale
