Please do not take the unconstitutional step of putting in place the TARP rules as they will destroy access to needed health care for women in VA.  The Federal Court just ruled that a similar law in NC was unconstitutional because it  denied access to abortion services to women in NC.  VA has a long and proud tradition in keeping regulations to a minimum for businesses and it should extend this tradition to keeping government out of women's private and personal lives.
