If safety standards upheld in most of the health industry are "standards" for the purposes of public and patient safety, how can it be at all wise to waive these standards for abortion centers. Seems requiring anything other than strict compliance with the health and safety standards expected any other health institution is tantamount to a blantant disregard for women health.
