Repeal TRAP

The ultimate goal of TRAP law is to close any women's health care center that provides abortions, not "make them safer". By imposing these restrictions, the state places an undue burden on women in Virginia that depend on these facilities not only for a safe and legal abortion, which is their right as a citizen and should not be tampered with by back door regulations such as TRAP, but by limiting access to other services such as the dispensation of and education about effective birth control methods. It is the state's responsibility to uphold the rights of its citizens and not to allow the religious and political views of others to trample on those rights.
