Please retain these important healt safeguards

Although the inherent purpose of abortion is to destroy a human life (unwanted child), this medical procedure should still be subject to restrictions similar to any imposed on an outpatient surgical facility.  When the Virginia legislature implemented these regulations, it was with the intention of protecting the life of the mother.  Any attempt to repeal this law, or waterdown its needed protections, will put women's lives in incresed danger.  I strongly propose that these regulations remain with the full force of law and that they will be stringently enforced.
