These regulations are fair make sense.  They are standard requirements for proper medical care. The Clinics must have standards to ensure the proper and ethical conduct of these surgeries.  Otherwise we  will have doctors who do not adhere to proper medical procedures and standards.  I support maintaining these fair and equitable standards for the clinics.
