Repeal 12 VAC 5-412, a burdensome, anti-health regulation. Women's clinics must stay in business as they provide essential healthcare not easily available at the public hospitals. The public hospital clinics send many of their patients to the women's clinics for mammograms, colposcopies, and other non-abortion procedures. If Virginia's women's clinic are forced to shut down due to crushingly burdensome regulations, the public hospital clinics will need to be expanded to accommodate the overflow of patients.y 3000 words.
