Since Reproductive rights are deemed a womens health issue, then clearly abortion providers must be forced to adhere to the same standards to which hospitals and other health facilities must adhere. Otherwise, it is apparent that womens rights to a safe abortion are being violated. This is a complete injustice. Regards, Mark Stickley
