I have represented women who have been injured by abortion. I have represented families of women killed by "legal" abortion. It is a critical duty to uphold standards in this practice that preys on the poor, the vulnerable, the desperate. The practitioners, be they doctors or others in the health care field, do not have the safety of the patient as a priority. This is proven over and over again, but with a black veil of silence.
