I am a retired Public Health Nurse. I retired from Public Health in Charlottesville VA. in 2006. I know that women need to have access to Women's Health Services.  The Board of Health  needs to rewrite and apppeal the current regulations and preserve women's rights to comprehensive reproductive health care. The current regulations are strictly about politics and not safety for women.  Please do not force women to go back to "Coat Hanger Abortions" ever again. As a student nurse I was assigned to O.R. procedures to save women who had no other resort and many died or came seriously close to dying. End TRAP NOW. Carol Chandross
