I support REPEALING the ban on weapons in EMS vehicles. EMS vehicles and the emergency medical technicians who ride in them sometimes arrive at scenes of crimes before the police arrive, and the criminal perpetrator may still be in the vicinity. EMT personnel should be able to have weapons at their disposal (such as openly carried or concealed firearms) with which to defend themselves in such cases, or at any time.
