The key is parental involvement.  as a parent the special education laws ere disigned to meet the needs of the child, parents, adcocates and others involved in the child's education:

    It elimateds parental concent regarding the termination of Special Education services     and support services.

    Parental concent for tnterim IEP and in-state transfer of special education students.

    I oppose the timeline for the evaluaton of special education referral of 65 buisness days rather than  the 65 calendar days per federal law.
