As the involved mother of a child with multiple disabilities, I find it extremely upsetting that my right to be a part of my child's educational team will be taken away with the proposed regulation changes.   I admit that I have relied on the expertise of our school staff on educational practices.   But the issue is I AM THE EXPERT on my child.    So it takes all of us working together to have true success.    Nothing complete comes out of incomplete information.  

Please do not take parental consent away from us.
