BOD is Ultimate Biochemical Oxygen Demand. Its concentration is derived by the following: BOD5 /0.80+ 4.5(TKN)=(UBOD). NOTE: The amount of TKN utilized depends on the location in the basin.

Projected for 1977 based on population projections.

Recommended allocation based on BPCTCA effluent guidelines applied to raw waste loads at 2020.

Minimum removal efficiency.

Allocation based on BPCTCA effluent guidelines; amended by Minute 25, June 3-5, 1979 board meeting.

Assimilative capacity.

Amended by Minute 1, August 17, 1978, board meeting.
