Since more than 180 days have passed since the end of the
NOIRA
stage, a Time Frame Waiver must be granted by the Governor's office.
This waiver was requested on 2/22/2013
Agency Reason: The proposed regulation was scheduled to go before the State Board of Social Services at their December 2012 meeting. However, the Office of Attorney General adivsed that additional changes were needed and time did not allow for the changes to be made in time for the Board meeting. State Board was able to take action on proposed regulation on February 21, 2013.
