| Purpose of the meeting Consistent with Amendment 28 to HB29 (Budget Bill for 2018-2020) and the applicable provisions of ยง 2.2-3708.2 in the Freedom of Information Act, the Board will convene a virtual meeting to consider such regulatory and business matters as presented on the agenda necessary for the Board to discharge its lawful purposes, duties, and responsibilities. Public comment will be received during the public comment period of the meeting from those persons who have registered to attend the virtual meeting. In order to register to make a public comment during the meeting, please email the Board at cic@dpor.virginia.gov by 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 3, 2020, and provide your name and email address. You will receive an email confirmation once your registration is complete. Public comments will be limited to only those items on the agenda. | |
