expand section 220

I strongly support keeping section 220 requiring cemeteries to furnish price lists to anyone who walks in and I would like to see it expanded to anyone who inquires (whether they walk in or call or email).  I went hunting for price lists when collecting them for our publication which allows the average layman to compare offerings from cemeteries.  I found it very hard to get price lists from some.  Some required me to sit and listen to a sales pitch before giving me any indication of prices.

If I were in need of a cemetery, I would not want to have to visit, let alone listen to sales pitches from every cemetery I was considering, before even knowing if the services were priced out of my range. It would waste my time at a time when time was at a premium.
I find it very strange when a business will not give me prices for their goods or services, but it seems that there are some cemeteries who drag their feet when asked to commit to prices.

Please expand section 220 to require prices to be given to anyone who inquires.

I agree with the previous comment on emphasizing availability of price lists (-220).  Essentially the document should be retained as is.  I question the word "surrended"in the last sentence of -260.  Should this be "surrendered"
