Description The regulations set forth appropriate fees for assuring that Virginia maintains primacy for enforcing the federal Safe Drinking Water Act (42 USC Section 300 et seq.), and remains able to assist waterworks owners, through technical assistnace, in complying with the provisions of the Act and Virginia law and regulation.
