This action will implement changes suggested in the periodic review of this chapter. It will correct several obsolete references to positions or divisions of the agency which no longer exist, incorporate the discovery rules of the Virginia Supreme Court by reference in cases arising under the Beer and Wine Franchise Acts, and eliminate current requirements for annual rulemaking. |
