Action Summary Amends the state boating regulation to add a newly designated boating No Discharge Zone in the Broad Creek, Fishing Bay and Jackson Creek Watersheds, Middlesex County, Virginia, in order to conform to EPA’s federal designation of those areas as No Discharge Zones.
