Pursuant to the 2009 Acts of the Assembly (SB1282 – Chapter 687), the Board of Nursing has amended its regulations relating to the responsibility of the licensee, certificate holder or registrant to provide current addresses. Amendments are also adopted to name tag requirements for nurses and nurse aides.
