In 9VAC10-20-120(8), references to the Virginia Stormwater Management Regulations are updated from 4VAC3-20 and 4VAC3-20-71 to 4VAC50-60-10 et seq. In 9VAC10-20-120(8)(a)(2) and (3), references to Virginia Pollution Discharge Elimination System (VPDES) permits are changed to references to Virginia Stormwater Management Program (VSMP) permits, and references to the Department of Environmental Quality are changed to references to the Virginia Soil and Water Conservation Board. These changes are in accordance with Chapter 372 of the 2004 Virginia Acts of Assembly (HB1177) related to the Soil and Water Conservation Board’s Virginia Stormwater Management Program. |
