Description of Proposed Guidance Document Changes
The Board has adopted guidance for the disposition of cases involving applicants practicing veterinary technology prior to licensure or cases involving failure of a veterinarian-in-charge to notify the Board of closure of an establishment. It has amended guidance on resolution of cases involving non-compliance with continuing education requirements; and it has amended its bylaws to delegate to the Veterinary Review Coordinator decisions about investigation drug theft and loss at a veterinary establishment.
