Shenandoah Riverkeeper supports these Stormwater Regulations and is submitting formal comments directly to the agency. We also support the revisions to the regulations proposed by Southern Environmental Law Center which will allow more flexibility in the design of developments in urban areas thereby amply addressing the concerns raised by builders.
