Please Don't Pass These Regulations

Passing the New Stormwater Regulations will impose additional unnecessary regulations on development which will result in an enormous negative impact on the Commonwealth's economy. Presently, the existing regulations are more than adequate in order to achieve the New Regulations ultimate standards. Better and more efficient monitoring and coordination between agencies would achieve the same standard under the existing regulations without severally damaging the housing industry. I can not think of anything worse than implementing these New Regulations in these poor economic times. Please do not forget where our present economic problems began and what  needs to heal first in order for our economy to recover.
