The proposed Virginia Stormwater Regulation will greatly hurt business in Virginia by using a broad brush across the state,  the unintended consequences will have a negative impact on our economy.  In these difficult economic times, Virginia does not need regulations that will further harm businesses in the Commonwealth. I would like to see the current regulations enforced before any new regulations are passed. 

I urge you to vote NO on Part II of the stormwater regulation.
