The proposed changes to the regs pertaining to urban stormwater runoff appear to offer an improved way to curtail stormwater runoff into our watershed. Developers should not have overwhelming approval to avoid a stewardship role in keeping our rivers and streams as clean as possible.

I support DCR's proposed amendments to Virginia's stormwater management permit regulations. They offer a a balanced and equitable approach for new development.

Clean water and economic development can coexist in Virginia.
