We have a serious situation brewing.  No matter how well enforced, the new regulations will create sprawl and thus have an increased negative effect on the Chesapeake Bay.  The financial impacts on development will further cripple our fragile economy and all of the new costs will be passed on to the end user.  I believe that better enforcement of our current regulations will keep Virginia's waterways clean while allowing Virginia's economy to thrive once again.
