Stormwater Regulations

The newly proposed "gold" standard regulations make no sense. Implementing such regulations will dramatically affect the cost of new homes and new commercial development, thereby making it less attractive to potential buyer/users. This type of regulation will reduce ecoonomic growth of our state and will have a far reaching negative inpact on the well-being of all of our citizens. My comments are supported and well documented by a recent study done by Timmons Group, one of our state's most professional and well-respected engineering firms.

Make no mistake, this type of far reaching change in governmental regulations has a very negative impact on our state.

Please do not change the regulations. We are well-served by the existing regs so let's leave those in place with little or no change.
