This regulatory action is despicable. You are just silencing voices you don't want to hear. If someone WANTS conversion therapy, what right do you have to deny them? By all rights, this regulation will cost lives if therapy is not available. The attempted suicide rate for transgender people following their surgeries is over 40%. Those who push this regulation through on political ideology will be directly culpable for those lives lost.
