Human sexuality is very complex and sensitive, especially for young children who must navigate the mental, physical, and emotional turbulence that accompanies puberty.

Parents and counselors must be given full freedom to counsel children to the best of their judgment and ability with regard to sexual matters.

This proposed regulation impedes on these freedoms, and must be opposed.
