Acupuncture is not dry needle inserting, and it is not just simply inserting some points to treat the pain. We as acupuncturist get over 2000 hours of training for different type of pain and disease treatment. It is not something you can cover for less than 50 hours. The patient is the one who will suffer and lose if the try needle is approved by the state and handled by physical therapist instead of acupuncturist.
