Decision-making in medicine should be based on carefully collected evidence--not political agendas.  There is absolutely no evidence supporting the restrictive policies of the TRAP laws regarding abortion clinics in terms of patient safety and outcomes.  These laws are thinly veiled attempts to create barriers to a woman's right to choose.  It is time for the anti-abortion ideologues to take politics out of health care decision-making.
