it has been shown that there have been abortion centers /clinics that have not come up to standards.  These agencies should have to come under strict standards in order to protect the health of women everywhere.  This is not the time to ease any restrictions, because easing any would cause more laxity in these clinics.  Such agencies should come under any restrictions that medical or hospital clinics should have to follow.
