The state is trying to get between a physician and patient by inserting unnecessary restrictions to facilities that perform a necessary procedure. Other outpatient surgical facilities do not have to meet these requirements. Do not support these restrictions. It is a backdoor way to repeal Roe v. Wade and take control of a woman's body.
