Standards are needed for ALL medical care facilities and situations, with absolutely NO exceptions, including the abortion industry!  Are women who seek abortions any less valuable, that the standards for THEIR health should be diminished?  Are their lives and their safety not important enough for medical standards to be lessened or removed in their case.  I think not.....
